I was recruited by Rod and Dr. Life to go on the Dr. Phil show with them as a challenge, and I did not know what to expect. When I first met Rod I was overweight, out of shape, taking naps, missing out on the things that life had to offer. I didn’t have the energy to play with my kids. Dr. Life and Rod worked as a team and boy has it changed my life dramatically. During this time I have been training with Rod 5 days a week and he has definitely help me reach goals that I did not know were possible.
