In person, we work out at Flex Fit located at 5115 Commercial St. SE Salem, OR 97306. For those who want a more private experience we offer movement training at a private studio or we can come to your place. In the near future we will offer for online and in-home training sessions.
Our recommendation is twice a week, but many clients train with us 3-4 times per week.
We tell clients to expect realistic results in a reasonable time frame. Every client is an individual and, as a result, individual results will vary. RHF has a fantastic program aimed at delivering results but ultimately success depends on the client’s level of adherence to the program.
During each training session, you can expect an individualized workout that is tailored to your specific needs. This may include all or a part of the following:
- Corrective exercises
- Flexibility training
- Foam rolling
- Range of motion
- Strength training
- Warm-up and cool down
- Cardiovascular training and/or cardiovascular program
- Energy building exercises
- Mind-body techniques
- and more
Each session is an 50 -60 min hour-long session with a fitness professional.
Each client that purchases the nutrition coaching portion of their program will receive a nutritional meal plan for their particular eating style. This meal plan is designed by our nutritional partners. Our nutrition program strives to remove as much friction as possible while you try to eat as you want on your way to reaching your goals.
